Risserfest 1986

No longer an annual event, the 3rd annual fest resumes 3 years later. The artist, unknown, is presumed to be Lynn Risser, taking over the artistic duties from Phillip Tommey, unable to attend in ’86. The Statue of Liberty presides over a festive banner of stars and fireworks. Note that the games have been reduced to 7 and gamers have added comments to the poster.

This could possibly be the year that a reproduction of the Statue of Liberty was created using found materials including a frame of chicken wire and clad in dazzling tin foil. It presided over the festivities at water level.
